We are a full service engineering design firm with focus on large facility design including education, federal, municipal, and healthcare facilities. Our firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrcial Project Manager for our Nashville, TN location.

Responsibilities:
- Electrical design for a complex healthcare projects
- Prepare load calculations, select equipment, layout electrical systems using Revit
- Coordinate with architect, owner-client and other disciplines on lighting, power and low voltage systems
- Answer Contractor’s RFI’s and provide amendments along with written responses
Qualifications
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
1. A minimum of 9 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment
2. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
3. Engineer expertise in electrical discipline
4. Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis
5. Experience managing moderate to complex projects and / or functioning as the secondary point of contact on
larger projects
6. Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline
7. Demonstrated success in technical / formal communication with clients and staff
8. Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings
